Wix Velo Expert js:
B2B Multi-User Subscription Platform (Stripe + Manual Wire)
Project Overview
I am launching a financial intelligence platform and need a Wix/Velo expert to architect a seamless B2B subscription and user management flow.
I have the UI (Onboarding, Subscribe, and Payment pages) but need the backend logic to handle company-level subscriptions.Core Requirements
B2B Flow Integration:
Seamless transition from Onboarding Form → Member Creation → Plan Selection → Payment → Gated Content Access.
CMS Architecture:
Set up an "Enterprises" collection (referencing Wix Members) to track company data, subscription status (Active/Pending/Suspended), and seats (Maximum 3 users per subscriber).
- Multi-User Logic (The Priority): Once a company subscribes (Core, Pro, or Enterprise), the Admin must be able to add up to two additional users (3 total).
o Velo implementation:
Check SeatsMax, trigger email invites, and manage multi-reference fields in the CMS.
Hybrid Payment Setup:
o Automated:
Stripe for recurring credit card subscriptions.
o Manual:
Wire Transfer instructions at checkout; Admin must be able to manually "Mark as Paid" to trigger CMS status updates.
Admin Dashboard:
A custom interface for me to monitor which companies have paid, manage users, and manually suspend/activate access.
Invoicing:
Configure Wix Invoices with legal compliance (VAT/Reverse Charge notes) for international B2B clients.
