- Mission Critical group is looking for a highly motivated, experienced architect to join our team. This individual will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment on new and/or renovation projects from start to finish, seeing every phase of the project. This group specializes in the Mission Critical industry and serves many of the top Information Technology companies as an integrated team of architects, engineers, commissioning specialists, and construction managers working on the design of data centers and telecommunications facilities.
- Collaborate with Project Architects and Project Engineers to provide innovative design solutions to projects during all phases of design
- Construction Document production, drawings and specifications
- Site visits for field work and punch
- Interface with clients offering project management support
- Construction Administration tasks, including review of shop drawings and RFI's
- Verification of permitting, planning, and zoning requirements
- Existing facility evaluations and assessments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an NAAB-accredited Architecture program
- Ability to demonstrate good design capabilities
- Licensed Architect
- Minimum of 12+ years of related experience is required
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD, Office, and Bluebeam
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
