    Description
    *Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services essential for our company's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail.

    *Responsibilities: * *Strategic Sourcing:
    • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet the company's operational needs while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

    * *Supplier Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

    * *Cost Management:
    • Implement cost-saving initiatives, conduct price benchmarking, and negotiate favorable terms to optimize procurement spend and achieve cost efficiencies.

    * *Inventory Management:
    • Collaborate with inventory control teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory costs.

    * *Risk Management:
    • Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, geopolitical factors, and regulatory compliance issues.

    * *Process Improvement:
    • Continuously review and improve procurement processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and streamline operations.

    * *Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and quality assurance teams, to align procurement activities with business objectives and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

    * *Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies, including ethical sourcing practices and environmental sustainability initiatives.

    * *Market Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and supplier performance metrics to identify opportunities for innovation, cost savings, and competitive advantage.

    * *Vendor Qualification:
    • Evaluate potential vendors based on criteria such as financial stability, quality standards, production capacity, and technical capabilities.
    *Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare industry.
    • Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations, cost savings initiatives, and process improvements.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with procurement software systems and ERP platforms.
    • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.

    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Pay:
    $120, $140,000.00 per year
