    Pediatric Hospitalist opening in CA
    • Located in Oroville, CA.
    • Full-Time, Permanent.
    • Must be CA licensed.
    • Seeking BE/BC Pediatricians to join Hospitalist opening at hospital.
    • Program responsibilities are admitting, consulting, rounding, discharging, attending c/sections, arranging transfers from ESD, floor and nursery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive care in a Level 1 Nursery.
    -40 deliveries per month.
    • Daily census of 3 4 pediatric patients per week.
    • Conduct inpatient and outpatient pediatric consultations, including emergency room consults.
    • Work 24 hour shifts, including clinic call outside of regular clinic hours (8 AM 5 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
    • Care for critically ill pediatric patients and facilitate their transfer when necessary.

    Orovilles unique terrain and geographic area offers a wide variety of panoramic and photographic views with its year round Mediterranean growing climate.

    The greater Oroville area boasts a population of over 50,000 according to the most recent census.

    Oroville is strategically positioned off State Highway 70 with easy access to Sacramento, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, and Reno, Nevada.
