Responsibilities
- Pursue new incoming wedding leads inquiries sales venues ensure excellent client communication email phone calls online meetings in person conversations schedule host venue tours explain contract package options upsell ala carte items oversee signing event contracts ensure accurate electronic paper documentation event details billing assist clients entire planning process menu selections banquet room design organizing agendas ordering linens centerpieces work all servers bartenders kitchen staff events executed planned provide onsite management assigned events serve allure representative direction effective execution all events professional friendly manner.
