- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
- Recommend sell solutions according to customer's needs for moving services boxes supplies equipment by asking open ended probing questions
- Enter schedule coordinate customer moves
- Fully assist customers with any concerns or complaints
- Average earning potential: $45,000 - $55,000 annually (includes base pay bonuses incentives)
- Commission-based incentives: average $6,000 - $10,000 per year
- Paid Time Off benefits include dental optical available 401(k) company match
