Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and development initiatives.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base - Lead the business development team in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships - Manage key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and pipeline progress
