The position serves as a member of the Housing Operations Team within the Convention Division. The Housing VIP/Exhibitor Specialist is responsible for working directly with exhibiting companies and contacts for large groups to accommodate the needs of the organization. They will engage in various aspects of client customer service experience including inbound/outbound calls conference attendee registration and hotel reservations.#LI-Remote

- Manage inbound calls/emails pertaining to exhibitor/group services for assigned events serviced by MCI USA
- Review and maintain a thorough understanding of all event guidelines
