    Sales Development Executive

    Are you a motivated, friendly, and self-driven sales enthusiast who excels at creating connections and transforming curiosity into meaningful conversations?

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Executive with a strong track record in driving business growth. Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape is highly preferred. In this role, you'll serve as the initial contact for potential clients, helping them understand how our services can address their business challenges.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to develop strategic plans for entering new markets.
    • Proactively identify and qualify new leads through various channels including calls, emails, networking, and social media.
    • Schedule discovery meetings by establishing genuine interest and determining mutual fit.
    • Create and execute a comprehensive business strategy focused on growth and positive customer experiences.
    • Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with potential clients, existing customers, partners, and collaborators.
    • Conduct engaging presentations on our services or collaboration opportunities for potential and current clients.
    • Generate new business leads through networking, outreach, and referrals.
    • Negotiate contract terms for new business agreements.
    • Collect and analyze data related to all business development activities.
    • Work closely with internal teams to craft and enhance outreach strategies that support growth.
    • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to optimize outreach efforts and performance tracking.
    • Build strong relationships through consistent follow-ups and communications that provide value.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development or a related field.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • A positive, self-motivated, and patient approach to sales.
    • Resilience to rejection, with a desire to learn from every interaction.
    • Adept at working independently while also collaborating effectively with teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in business development within a marketing agency or similar sector.
    • Understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, paid media, websites, and content marketing.
    • Examples of how your perseverance has turned cold leads into closed deals.
