    Role1 : Junior Human Centered Design Specialist

    Location: Albany OR NYC Hybrid The consultant will be expected to work onsite 50%. The remainder will be remote or traveling. Travel: Approximately 20-50%. This could vary based on client need. Travel expenses to be billed separately.

    Duration: 12+ months contract

    Job description:

    Required Job Duties:

    • Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals.
    • Planning and conducting user research, as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Developing user models and scenarios
    • Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows
    • Creating and iterating on prototypes
    • Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to improve the user experience
    • Assisting with content development

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human-computer interaction or design related field
    • Two or more years working as a user experience specialist.
    • Additional years of experience may substitute for a non-design-related degree.
    • Experience with user research, user modeling, and usability testing.
    • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
    • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript

    Role2 : Senior Human Centered Design Specialist
