Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented SME Strategic Planner to join our team in the Washington, D.C.

This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Business Process Engineer supports the facilitation of process improvement initiatives across the ES PAE portfolio of programs.

Support working sessions for process improvement, analyze the value stream and process flows, and develop business cases for process optimization and/or technology application, including providing integrated program expertise for controlling, disseminating, and reporting on projects including compiling, analyzing, and reporting on status for all projects.

Use multiple tools and methodologies to analyze data and processes for performance improvement opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

3 years of experienceBA/BExperience using process design / re-engineering methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Process Optimization).

Desired Qualifications:

Six Sigma CertificationClearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
