    Shields Health has an exciting opportunity for a MRI Technologist to work Full-Time (Sunday @ Wilkens 6:30am - 7:00pm, Thursday @Falmouth 3:00pm-11:30pm, Wednesday @ Wilkens 1:30pm - 11:00pm, Friday @ Wilkens 10:30am - 11:00 pm at our location in Harwich and Hyannis, MA.

    The MRI technologist will provide a professional, caring atmosphere to all customer groups, while maintaining a fast-paced, multi-tasked oriented clinical environment.

    Follow all proper policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety at all times.

    These policies, procedures and protocols can be issued by Shields or the partnering hospital group for the location you are assigned to.


    • Maintain visual and verbal contact with the patient during the exam.
    • Record patient data to Tech Data Entry program.
    • Provide and issue films/CD when appropriate.
    • Forward data and or films/CD to Radiologist upon completion of exam.
    • Assist clerical staff as circumstances arise.
    • Clean and re-supply equipment and rooms as needed.
    • Adhere to all necessary training/licenses based on the credentialing policy.
    • This opportunity requires prior MRI scanning experience. Necessary requirements include MRI/ARRT/CPR certifications, and fantastic interpersonal skills.
    Sit and utilize a computer for extended periods of time


    • Some inpatient locations may require employee's to participate in a call schedule/rotation
