    Job Title: Meat Team Member

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our meat team as a Meat Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our members receive high-quality meat products while providing exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Be a Team Member:
      • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate effectively.
      • Work in other areas as needed to meet business demands.
    • Be an Expert:
      • Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation.
      • Prepare meat products according to established standards.
      • Maintain product quality standards.
    • Be a Techie:
      • Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement.
      • Use handheld technology to make informed decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
    • Be an Owner:
      • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work area according to company policies and procedures.
      • Ensure quality and date control standards for meat products.
      • Secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
      • Eliminate waste and assist members with purchasing decisions.
    • Be a Talent Ambassador:
      • Advocate for the department and club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area.
      • Model high-quality service and products.
      • Exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
    • Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
    • Communicate progress and information to managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.

    Benefits

    We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $23.00, as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits. These include:
