- Answer customer phone calls professionally, providing the highest level of service
- Act as a liaison with other Operations departments to obtain the necessary information to respond to customer inquiries or resolve customer issues.
- Respond to customer email inquiries promptly and address inquiries from start to finish.
- Assign resources for process service needs and follow through until completion
- Act as backup to the office coordinator, cover the office/front desk as needed
- When client-facing; greet clients, connect hybrid proceedings via Zoom, scan, make copies, receive exhibits, etc.
