    Description

    The Campus Production Coordinator will be the main point of contact who will manage production and technical elements for our weekend services and special events at their assigned campus. This person will work collaboratively with both the Production Events Manager and the Campus Pastor to ensure a quality worship experience.

    Aside from regular weekend services at our five campuses across Central Ohio, our Cooper Road Campus is also home to our Vineyard Community Center that offers an Early Childhood Center, After-School and Summer Programs, Middle and High School Life Readiness, Sports and Exercise Programs, free Health Clinics, a free Legal Clinic, Immigration Counseling Services, ESL classes

    • A recruiting ninja who can coordinate positive volunteer teams
    What you'll do:
    • Schedule volunteers for designated campuses to ensure weekend services are staffed
    • Cover any volunteer positions that are open (FOH)
    • Stage setup
    • Troubleshoot any issues that arise and report to Production Manager
    • Set up ProPresenter prior to Sunday
    • Serve as the main point of contact for volunteers, Campus Pastor and Production Manager
    • Ensure well-maintained equipment
    • Manage volunteer recruitment and team building
    • Arrange training opportunities for volunteers
    What you bring:
    • Previous church experience
    • Band mixing and Front of House experience for live events
    • General Front of House audio equipment knowledge
