    As the Director of Marketing, you will lead our product marketing, digital, event, and social marketing strategies.

    Your mission will be to grow awareness, build sentiment, and drive adoption of our cutting-edge technology to inspire the world about the future of transportation.

    Develop and execute marketing strategy: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Aurora's business objectives and target audiences.


    Content creation and distribution:

    Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content across Aurora's marketing channels, including digital, social, events, and sales enablement.


    Digital marketing:

    Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing, to generate leads and increase brand visibility.


    Event marketing:

    Develop and execute event marketing strategies, including trade shows, conferences, and owned events, to promote Aurora's brand and products, generate leads, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.


    Market research:

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the autonomous driving industry, and use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

    Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences and achieve desired outcomes.

    Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster growth and maximize impact.


    Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Communications, Product, Engineering Business Development, Government Relations, and Investor Relations to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    Proven track record of success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies in the technology or automotive industry.
    Demonstrated experience in brand management, digital marketing, content creation, event marketing, and campaign management.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the automotive and transportation industry trends and technologies.

    Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions.
