    Join Our Team as a Front Desk Agent!


    At our hotel, we are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to ensure every guest has a memorable and pleasant experience during their stay.


    Key Responsibilities as Front Desk Agent:

    • Warmly greet and assist guests with hotel information and local recommendations.
    • Efficiently check guests in and out, handle reservations, and address any inquiries or issues promptly.
    • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, payments, and room availability.
    • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure guest rooms are well-prepared and maintained.
    • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-equipped.
    • Be flexible with your schedule and handle various job-related duties as needed.

    Performance Metrics:

    • Achieve or surpass Economic Occupancy targets for the property.
    • Maintain a guest satisfaction rating of 4.5 or higher on Google reviews.
    • Meet Property Budget goals consistently.
