Key responsibilities include feeding, mortality removal, and screen scrubbing, as well as maintaining biosecurity procedures and providing excellent customer service. The position requires a high school education or equivalent, and aquaculture experience is preferred. The work environment is physically demanding, with frequent exposure to inclement weather conditions. The position is full-time, with 5 days a week, including weekends, and local travel is required. The successful candidate will be a team player, willing to perform any task on the farm, and will have a strong commitment to safety and biosecurity. The position involves working in waders, climbing in and out of raceways, and on and off trucks, and requires a range of motion, including walking, standing, and lifting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
