Responsibilities:

Print Design & Recoloring:
Create and modify detailed print designs based on given themes and inspirations.
Expertly recolor prints to fit various product needs or seasonal color palettes.
Collaborate with design teams to understand the vision and ensure designs align with overall aesthetic.
Efficiently put prints into repeat patterns, ensuring design continuity and proper alignment.

Print Layouts:
Position, scale, and arrange prints effectively to suit different product dimensions and styles.
Ensure design continuity and consistency across different product lines.

Color Separations:
Perform color separations for print production, ensuring accuracy and print quality.
Work closely with production teams to communicate color specifications and achieve desired results.

Graphics Design:
Develop compelling graphics for various projects, ensuring they are functional, brand-consistent, and aesthetically pleasing.
Collaborate with other designers to ensure graphics are integrated seamlessly with other design elements.

Technical Proficiency:
Operate and maintain updated knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator and other design tools.
Ensure final designs are optimized for production, taking into account fabric/material limitations.

Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and production, to ensure design intents are understood and realized.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss design progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of color theory and ability to make informed decisions on color variations.
Demonstrated experience in print layouts, putting prints into repeat, and color separations.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
