- Execute complex payroll cycles
- Manage benefits & 401(k) plans
- Own all needs related to HR compliance (business licensing, insurance policies, reporting, etc.)
- Serve as point of contact for all external HR-related vendors and partners
- 5+ years of diverse experience in Human Resources with demonstrated examples of managing complex payroll needs
- Bachelor's degree
- SHRM or PHR certification, preferred
- Proficient in HR Information Systems with experience in Paycor a bonus
- Comfortable in the Microsoft Office ecosystem with high proficiency in Excel
- Capable of producing high quality deliverables such as presentations, communication plans, and reports
- Self-starter with the ability to execute tasks with little oversight
- Excellent ability to manage competing priorities

We are looking for an analytically minded Human Resources Specialist to oversee a variety of tactical HR needs for our national organization. As part of the larger People Operations Team, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring payroll, benefit plans, and HR policies are operating smoothly.
The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of HR regulations, a robust understanding of total rewards programs, and has operated in a growth-minded organization. This is based in our Atlanta, GA office and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after completion of a successful introductory period.
