Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

• 10 months of role experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.

ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any)

Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

Clinician to Patient ratio: 1/4

Is on-call REQ? On call is required but can pick up as much as they want. Manager typically doesn't assign call for the first ~6 weeks, after that manager schedules them weekday and weekend call in rotation with staff and the with option to pick up additional hours. Schedules are posted 6 weeks out.

Special Requirements: IR/Stroke cases.

Scrub Color: All: Any color; OR/Cath Lab: provided

RTO - 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved. Anything more, traveler will sign contract with pending RTO. Anything more than 6 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD).
