Cleans offices hallways common areas and other areas as assigned moves furniture before and after cleaning cleans dusts mops strips and waxes floors cleans or shampoos carpets pressure washes outside areas labels floor chemicals correctly cleans maintains and stores equipment and PPE proficiently keeps an inventory of floor areas scheduling cleaning maintenance duties reports maintenance issues to supervisor assists with hazardous waste collection as requested by client demonstrates a strong work ethic to function at a high level independently while managing multiple projects self motivated goal oriented assertive proven track record in exceeding objectives must have an eye for detail knowledge of safety rules regulations good communication interpersonal skills must be able to work flexible hours Spanish required
