- Facing challenges due to cancer affecting cognitive abilities and weakening legs.
- Previously ambulating with a walker, but now mobility is significantly impaired.
- Deteriorating rapidly and experiencing weakness in her legs.
- Client stays on the second level of the home.
- Monitor client for safety and provide assistance as needed for transfers to the commode, restroom, etc.
- Handle situations related to constipation emergencies and be on standby for diaper changes.
- Provide bathing assistance through sponge baths or tub baths as required.
- Compassionate and dedicated caregiver with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Experience in caregiving, particularly for clients with mobility and cognitive challenges.
- Ability to ensure the client's comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
