    Background:

    Evolve is partnered with a public, global telecommunication company looking for a strong team member to support the CFO, as an investor relations senior manager.

    This company is a leader in hardware and software development that helps to monitor, deploy and optimize different networks. They are invested in artificial intelligence, AI, self-driving cars and facial recognition technologies as well.

    ResponsibilitiesWork with the management team in building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

    Communicate the financial performance, business strategies, and outlook to the investment community.
    Organize investor conferences, roadshows, and other events to promote the company and attract investment.
    Response to inquiries from investors and analysts regarding the company's financials, operations, and market trends.
    Collaborate with finance and accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
    Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact the company performance.
    Provide support to the management team in handling crisis communication and manage potential investor relations issues.
    Serve as liaison between the company's management and its shareholders to relay feedback and concerns.

    Act as the de-facto chief of staff to the CFOLocation: This role is on a hybrid basis 2/3 days a week in office in either Chandler, AZ or San Jose, CA.

    Minimal/light travel expected occasionally perhaps 1x a QTR.Required QualificationsBachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical degree. Advance degree desirable.
    Proven finance leader, with significant experience in investor relations within a public company in a technology related industry.
    Outstanding financial and investment analysis skills, oral and written communication skills, and presentation ability.

    Knowledge of financial modeling techniques used by security analysts to project a company's operating and financial performance and the resulting value for its stock.

    Understanding of the financial and investment markets and the ability to establish new relationships in new industries quickly. Experience on the sell side strongly preferred.
    An established reputation with the investment community, based on credibility, consistency, visibility, access, and depth and breadth of knowledge.
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels within the organization.
    Peerless communication and presentation skills, adroit at communicating simply and effectively in large or small group settings.
    Strong project management and problem-solving skillsPrevious FP&A experience highly desirable.
    Comp $140K-$200K base, 15% bonus. Potential for equity. Comp will depend on location and relevant years of experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
