- Self-performing trades as directed by the project manager
- Managing site security
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
- Project picture logging
- Maintaining job site safety
- Constructability reviews
- Coordinate subcontractor scheduling
- Daily log reports
- Lifting: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects as well as raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position
- Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.

Compensation:
Salary will range from $73,000-$125,000 per year dependent on candidates skills and experience level. This position is eligible to receive our benefits package which includes medical and dental insurance, Company 401(k) with 3% safe harbor annual company contribution, annual bonus program, a cell phone stipend, ten paid holidays, an accrual plan for paid sick leave, and participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
