- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures
- Read mechanical prints and technical data
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment
- Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Repair electro-mechanical equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to utilize hand tools for repair
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
- Good communication and decision-making skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in thermoforming and extrusion environment preferred
- Welding experience is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical systems
