- Responsible for the setup and maintenance of the HRIS system to ensure data integrity of employee/organizational data
- Partner with internal customers to develop new processes within the HRIS system to better manage the companies changing needs
- Lead implementations of new modules for the existing HRIS system and/or lead implementation of new HRIS system, if applicable
- Create and run reports based on workforce analytics
- Monitor HRIS for system performance and identify processes that may need improvement
- Ensure the HRIS system reports are properly displaying report data
- Assist employees with HRIS questions and seek resolutions quickly
- Create or update appropriate user documentation and procedures as needed; assist with training users on updated system functionality
- Manage the implementation of new third party related systems (HR supported systems)
- Perform regular trouble shooting and testing of applicable HR Systems and provide relevant and timely feedback
- Develop Human Resources content for the online training system as needed
- Manage special projects as needed
- Prior experience with an HRIS database is required
- Prior experience with writing standard and advanced reports
- Prior experience using video editing software preferred
- Basic coding knowledge preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skillset is required
- Requires effective oral and written communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy
- Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Associates or bachelor's degree with coursework focusing on Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting or Data Analytics with 2+ years of experience managing an HRIS system OR
- Any appropriate combination of education and experience
- Ceridian Dayforce experience is preferred; comparable HRIS system experience is required
