- Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop effective intervention strategies.
- Provide counseling services to students individually or in group settings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss students' progress and determine appropriate interventions.
- Offer support to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Texas license or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and support staff.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to special education services.
