- Maintain all responsibilities and duties of an Application Developer
- Assist in developing new business applications that meet organizational requirements
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to create clear functional application specifications
- Create comprehensive test plans to be completed prior to promoting changes to production environments
- Identify areas and processes that can be improved by implementing new technology
- Complete special projects when called upon
- Comply with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures
- Complete and pass all required regulatory compliance training as assigned
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management
- Well versed in multiple programing languages (Unqork, HTML, CSS, Python, JavaScript, Nunjucks)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and regression testing
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to accept change and adapt to shifting organizational challenges and priorities
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years' work experience with front-end web development and user interface design
- Prior experience collaborating and working with implementation teams to design systems throughout the full life cycle of an IT project

Description
This position requires someone who possesses the ability to create and design applications immediately. Additionally, applicants must have previous experience collaborating and working with groups to design systems. This position is full-time, exempt and applicants must be available to work flexible schedules, including some weekends.
