Requirements:

• Active TX License
  
• BC
  
• Own personal laptop (No MACs/Apple)
  
• DMA Certification (or willing to obtain)
  
• Proficiency xhmxlyz in: - METs Testing - Eval and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular
  
• Must be within 50 miles of location
  
• NPDB Report
