- Teaching responsibility will be for one or more classes quarterly per the program schedule, as assigned by the Director, subject to instructor availability.
- Courses taught may include Introduction to Chemistry for Wine Studies, Science of Winemaking 1, Winemaking Practicum 1, Science of Winemaking 2, Science of Winemaking 3, Winery Operations, and Sensory Evaluation.
