Executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to management of complex patient care.
In partnership with the Nurse Director, assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care in an assigned area/department to focus on consistent, quality care and improvement of care, safety, and satisfaction.
Accountable for healthcare outcomes for a specific group of patients in an area/department through the application of research-based information to design, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care.
Supervises the Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Patient Care Assistants for their team. Maintains adequate staffing/supplies to provide quality patient care.Years of Related ExperienceMinimum:
1-2Preferred: 2-4 Licensure/Certification/Education (Required):American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
Current/Active Florida Registered Nurse License (RN) OR Approved Multi-State LicenseEducation 3:
