  • Prior Food Service experience is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment
  • Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
  • A genuine passion for the culinary arts, food, and beverage, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues
  • Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
  • Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, ensuring efficient service even during peak dining hour
  • Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
