    BEVERAGE HOSPITALITY MANAGER

    The Beverage Hospitality Manager leads sales, hospitality, profitability, and growth of each restaurant by overseeing all business aspects.

    Embodying our Culture, the Beverage Hospitality Manager promotes our values, operates based on guiding principles, and ensures smooth daily operations, profitability, marketing, recruitment, and team development.

    Leading by example in a fast-paced environment, you will uplift staff during busy times and guarantee a pleasant dining experience for customers.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations
    • Provide superior service and enhance customer satisfaction
    • Handle customer complaints effectively and accurately
    • Monitor product quality and explore new vendors
    • Supervise shifts and manage staff performance
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
    • Maintain restaurant's image and control operational costs
    • Promote the brand through word-of-mouth and events
    • Train employees on customer service best practices

     

    Requirements:

    • Experience as a Key Employee, Assistant Manager, or similar role
    • Past customer service experience as a Bartender or Server
    • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage with the ability to inform customers and staff
    • Strong leadership, motivation, and financial management skills
