- Operate all hand and power tools, i.e.; power snakes, jitter bugs, and pressure washers common to the trade. Must be capable of all types of soldering, welding, and brazing.
- Read and interpret blue prints, schematics and shop drawings.
- Identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Problem-solve, using logic and reasoning to find the best solutions to plumbing problem considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Think through and react rightly, both quickly and efficiently, especially in the remediation of emergencies issues.
- Interpret one-line plumbing design schematics and resolve plumbing design issues in the field and on the spot.
- Journeyman plumber license
- EPA certification preferred
- Familiarity with Denver codes and regulations
- Past successful experience in facilities maintenance and or commercial buildings is preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- An honest person who treats people with respect
