    Description
    Inpatient NP Palliative Care opening in Findlay, Ohio
    • Located in Findlay, OH 45 minutes to Toledo, OH Position Overview
    • Full time; Permanent
    • Geriatric experience required
    • Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of really sick patients
    • Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning 100% inpatient, round on inpatient hospice patients M-F 6 patients/day, 5 day workweek, 8am 5pm, rotating on call
    • Hospitalists admit, Open ICU Qualifications: REQUIRED: 3+ years experience as advanced provider in an acute care setting or with palliative care and hospice
    • Geriatric certification required or obtain within 1 year
    • Must have passion for palliative care, hospice and the geriatric population
    • Close proximity to Lima, OH Compensation
    • Base salary plus wRVU 200 hours of vacation/CME, 6 days paid holidays, birthday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
