Oshi Health Senior Product Manager, Member ExperienceThe Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Member Experience to join Oshi Health's team. In this role you will define how our Members enroll for our services and engage with care.
You will work closely with Member Marketing, Clinical and Operational stakeholders and partner with a team of talented designers, developers, and data scientists to deliver products that make a big impact to Oshi's Health.

Oshi Health is revolutionizing GI care with a digital clinic model that provides easy, convenient access to an integrated and multidisciplinary care team that takes a holistic approach to diagnosing, managing and treating digestive health conditions.
We take time to get to know each patient, develop a personalized, whole-person care plan that includes identification of symptom triggers and delivering evidence-based interventions, including medications, dietary changes, and mental health support.
Key areas you'll work on:
Lead the Product vision, narratives, and strategy for Oshi Health's member facing products and identify new areas to enhance member health outcomes
Support the Growth Team in defining and developing tools for member acquisition and engagement
Partner with Product leadership on the Care Delivery and Operations teams to bring high quality care to our members and streamline provider operations
Serve as a passionate internal advocate for our members, translating feedback across channels into actionable insights
Define KPIs, monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement of member experience
Drive product prioritization decisions by presenting cost-benefit analyses and KPIs to stakeholders
Oversee project timelines and product requirements, effectively communicate these with stakeholders and teams, and prioritize capacity to maximize product value and outcomes
Leverage data, feedback and research (such as A/B testing, surveys or interviews) to inform and guide future product/feature development
Qualities we're looking for in candidates:

Understand data flow and data structure and are competent at collecting, interpreting, and creating actionable insights from datasets
Ready to roll up your sleeves and serve the mission and goals wherever there is a need
Anticipate and account for impact to all teams for any Product/Engineering releases and liaise between teams to communicate impact, prepare for changes, and drive solutioning
What you'll bring to the team:
5+ years experience Product Strategy or Product Management with a healthcare related mobile app with an emphasis on Member Experiences and Acquisition
Experience with telehealth, preferably across state-lines or at healthcare startup
Expertise working with growth teams and developing products to serve their needs
Experience working at a startup using an agile development methodology
Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent (preferred)
