    Description

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

    About the Job

    • To provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting, working closely with patients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
    • To assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
    • To educate patients on proper exercises and techniques to enhance recovery and independence.

    This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working one-on-one with patients, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional care. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • A degree from an accredited college or technical school as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), required.
      Degree must be certified by state authorities corresponding to your location..A professional registration issued by your State may apply here.
