    Description
    Do you have experience in administrative work? Are you knowledgeable in the insurance field? You can use both of those skills in this Underwriting Assistant position. We are currently recruiting for an Underwriting Assistant opportunity at leading insurance firm. It is a professional, fast-paced environment with an elite team.

    salary: $20 - $25 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
    education: Associate

    Responsibilities

     Pre-underwriting/pre-qualification of New Business and Renewal risks.
     Solicitation of additional information relative to submission from broker (if necessary).
     Preparing Declination correspondence to broker (when required).
     Completion/updating data entry fields in Workflow Management System.
