    Description

    Home Health RN Traveling Clinical Management Specialist

    This role involves collaboration with Home Health and Hospice leadership in planning, coordinating, and delivering quality services to clients.

    • Monitors and assesses electronic medical records workflows and assists as needed or assigned.
    • Provides support with the intake process and admission decisions.
    • Facilitates virtual training for newly hired/rehired/promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses.
    • Serves as interim Clinical Manager when position is vacant.
    • Acts as mentor for new Clinical Managers.

    Requirements:

    • Registered Nurse with an active license in the state of residence.
    • Expertise and experience with the Homecare Homebase EMR system.
    • Three years of clinical experience within the last five years in a home health agency, home care setting, or health facility.
    • Valid driver's license with proof of automobile insurance coverage.
