• Conduct assessments for new hire sewing skills
• Provide training for new hire sewers
• Coordinate repair/alterations with Quality department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for improved coordination
• Optimize workflow processes to increase productivity

• Experience in Sewing
• Demonstrated Leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• HFR/Morning Pride product knowledge
• 5 years of sewing experience with industrial sewing machines
• Experience in process improvement
• Knowledge of workflow management software
