    Lead Housekeepers

    We are seeking a motivated and organized Lead Housekeeper to join our team at Silver Mountain Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting three staff members in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our rooms and common areas.

    The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to effectively interact with owners, guests, and other resort staff.

    1. Clean condo units including dusting vacuuming changing bed linens cleaning bathrooms kitchens;
    2. Perform quality cleaning meeting expectations of guests within required time limits;

    In addition to these responsibilities the ideal candidate must possess physical abilities such as bending twisting reaching lifting carrying up to 35 pounds working from stooping or kneeling positions working with cleaning chemicals.

    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout all assigned tasks;
      Ensure supplies are available when needed;
      Collaborate closely with colleagues colleagues ensure smooth operation during peak periods.
