    LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics: Sales Territory Manager

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our team at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing business strategies as developed by the Regional Sales Manager/Director.

    Salary Range:

    $65,000 - $90,000 per year (depending on location and experience)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development of Christian Dior brands at the retail sales level within assigned territories.
    • Collaborate with regional teams to achieve sales targets and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and internal teams.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in sales management or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
