The mission of Correctional Managed Care is to address the healthcare needs of underserved patient populations within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) and the Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD).Provides direct patient care in a dialysis setting and supports licensed staff in the delivery of patient care within UTMB Correctional Managed Care.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assists in the medical evaluation of the patient pre-dialysis.
- Correctly sets-up and operates dialysis equipment.
