    Job summary

    We are seeking a Lead Analyst (Business Associate) with 7-9 years of experience, specializing in Database Design. This role involves leading the analysis and interpretation of geospatial data to support decision-making processes.

    The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in database design to enhance data accuracy and utility, driving impactful business solutions.

    Required Skills

    - Bachelor's degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc.

    - 5+ years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony.

    - 5+ years experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).

    - 5+ years experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).

    - 3+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.

    - 3+ years experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.

    - 3+ years experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC.

    - Experience with Calabrio Call recording.

    - Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP.

    Roles & Responsibilities


    • Lead the development and implementation of geospatial databases to ensure optimal storage and retrieval of spatial data.
    • Analyze and interpret geospatial data to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate geospatial data with other business data.
    • Enhance data quality and efficiency by implementing advanced database design techniques.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members in geospatial data analysis.
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in geospatial analysis and database design.
    • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
    • Optimize data processing workflows to improve project outcomes.
    • Conduct rigorous quality assurance tests on geospatial databases.
    • Facilitate training sessions for team members on geospatial data handling and database management.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports on geospatial analysis findings to stakeholders.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in geospatial data management practices.
    Qualifications


    • Must have a strong background in Database Design, with proven experience in developing and managing geospatial databases.
    • Proficiency in geospatial analysis tools and software is required.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills are essential.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
    • A bachelors degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary.
    • Experience in data governance and compliance is highly desirable.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail
