    JOB SUMMARY:

    The selector pulls case orders using an electric pallet jack, organizes products, and loads them on a specific route in a fast-paced team setting.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Select orders and load them on designated routes.
    - Complete other assigned tasks.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Education:
    Prefer High School or GED.
    Experience:
    One year of relevant experience preferred.
    Experience with electric pallet jack preferred.
    Professional Skills:
    Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, cooler environment.
    Physical Demand:
    Frequently lift products up to 50 lbs., occasionally up to 80 lbs.
    Capable of operating powered industrial equipment.
    Frequently bend, squat, push, and pull.
    Work Environment:
    Able to work in confined spaces.

    Most important decisions made independently:
    Selecting correct items from designated slots.

    Decisions made with review/approval:
    Any task the selector is unsure about.
