We are looking for dedicated professionals who meet all local and state requirements to excel in this rewarding role.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Valid state licensure/certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related documentation

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
• Providing direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
• Monitoring and documenting students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing input for goal-setting and progress reporting
