    Salary:
    $18 - $28 per hour

    As an Indigo Press Operator you will be following all quality control procedures and checking your work for accuracy.

    Operators operate and maintain digital presses while paying close attention to detail and meeting production deadlines.
    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday. 1st shift is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 2nd shift is 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Weekend hours may be required during peak production times.

    Our Client offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and up to $5,000 in relocation assistance for candidates willing to relocate to Des Moines, IA.

    You need to be at least level 1 trained (level 2 is preferred but not required) on a 10,000 series or 12,000 series HP Indigo press.

    All other training is irrelevant (7k's, 100k's, 5k's, etc...) This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of an industry-leading manufacturing company.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience operating HP Indigo 12000 or equivalent digital presses, with a proven track record of producing high-quality prints.

    Operating and maintaining HP Indigo 12000 digital presses to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
    Performing routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.
    Setting up print jobs, including loading and unloading materials, adjusting settings, and monitoring print quality.
    Ensuring print jobs are completed accurately and on time, adhering to production schedules and deadlines.
    Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
    Collaborating with team members and other departments to streamline production processes and improve productivity.
    Continually improving knowledge and skills in digital printing technology, staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
    A minimum of 5 years of experience operating HP Indigo 12000 or equivalent digital presses.
    In-depth knowledge of digital printing technology, processes, and equipment.
    Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
    Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality prints and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
    Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple print jobs, adhere to production schedules, and meet deadlines.
    A commitment to ongoing learning and skill development in digital printing technology.
