    Program Manager – Digital Transformation at Parametric

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join Parametric, a leading company that provides Investment Professionals with cutting-edge digital tools for portfolio modeling and client service. As a Program Manager for Digital Transformation, you will play a crucial role in leading the organization through a phase of immense growth and innovation.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop a roadmap for Parametric's Digital Platform and Client Experience
    • Partner with the Managing Director to execute digital programs, roadmaps, and implementation plans
    • Work closely with the Digital Technology Team to enhance the Client Experience through new applications and services
    • Engage with customers and industry partners for custom system integrations
    • Manage concurrent work-streams and translate business requirements into functional specifications
    • Define and track project success metrics and KPIs
    • Ensure adherence to PMO standards and processes throughout the Digital program
    • Provide mentorship to junior PMO resources and guide technology teams


    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
    • Minimum of 7 years of Business Analysis and Project/Program Management experience
    • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM preferred
    • Expertise in Asset Management and/or Digital platform domain with software delivery experience
    • Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives to create cohesive strategies
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Passion for leveraging technology to enhance the client experience
    • Experience with Agile/Kanban Software Development
