    Job Title

    Overview:

    The House Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting all clinical areas, fostering collaboration with medical staff, nursing staff, and leadership to implement and maintain high-quality clinical programs that elevate patient satisfaction and provider engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing on-site administrative support during periods of absence from the administration team

    Additionally, the House Supervisor works closely with various teams to achieve quality care goals and maintain a high level of patient and provider satisfaction.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, candidates must possess an Associate degree or Diploma, with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) being preferred. A current RN license in a NE or Compact state is required, along with the ability to obtain ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications within the first year of employment. Securing TNCC and ENPC certifications is also necessary. At least two to three years of relevant experience are required for this position.

    Schedule

    This part-time role entails working 7:00a-7:00p, covering two 12-hour shifts per week.
